A lounge built with feline psychology in mind.

We take the words “cats-only” seriously at the Knines. Unlike many boarding facilities, we designed our floorplan so that our cats-only lounge does not share a single wall with our dog boarding areas or dog play spaces, and your feline companion will travel straight from our reception into their luxury loft or townhouse without even having to pass through any dog spaces. We have also built our lounge with layers of quality soundproofing inside each wall to ensure our feline guests are entering a truly peaceful, cats-only sanctuary.

NINE LIVES CATS-ONLY BOARDING LOUNGE

Luxury relaxation meets quality enrichment

Cats need both relaxation and mental engagement. Within our Lounge, we’ve hand-picked natural materials with textures and colors that cats find soothing and enriching. Both our Lofts and Townhouses are multi-level, with enclosures, platforms, scratching posts and interesting spaces for your cat to explore, play, and relax within, giving them an engaging and safe environment to enjoy. Your cat’s room is private, and they will not mix or have to share space with any of our other feline guests. We play cat-friendly programs softly on the in-lounge TVs throughout the day to keep your loved one entertained without feeling bothered or overstimulated, and our playtimes are thoughtful and creative to encourage adequate exercise and mental enrichment.

These qualities allow us to offer your loved one a relaxing retreat complete with daily room service, frequent caregiver check-ins, ambient soundscapes, engaging one-on-one playtimes, and individual love tailored to your pet’s comfort and energy level. You’ll receive a daily report card with a photo and update from our caregivers letting you know how your loved one is doing while you’re away, so you can vacation with peace of mind.
